You will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.Work model: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR/AGV) area in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos.Preventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at our clients' facilities, primarily in Spain, but also at various customer sites across Europe and the United StatesPerforming field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote and onsite activityWorking with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain pointsPreparation of the necessary materials and submission of internal travel requests to visit the client, ensuring the effectiveness and timely execution of the scheduled activitiesActing as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customersExceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer serviceOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.Qualifications for the RoleYou are highly skilled in maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally in industrial automation or roboticsKnowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagrams.A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.A technical training degree as electronics or mechanics, maintenance, robotics and industrial automation.
