Here progress is an expectation for you, your team, and the world.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by executing service work according to ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day you will deliver quality customer service, plan and execute service work per customer order and expectations, and ensure customer retention through effective communication of timelines and expectations.Work model: This role contributes to the Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR/AGV) area in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos.Preventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at clients’ facilities in Spain, Europe, and the United StatesPerform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and perform analysis through remote and onsite activityWork with customers to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain pointsPrepare materials and submit travel requests to visit clients, ensuring timely execution of scheduled activitiesAct as trainer for field service associates and customers when neededExceed customer expectations by anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the businessQualificationsHighly skilled maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment, ideally industrial automation or roboticsKnowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and ability to understand mechanical diagramsCollaborative, solution‑focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skillsTechnical training degree in electronics, mechanics, maintenance, robotics, or industrial automation. Preferably with knowledge in electrical systems and industrial robotics.Spanish or English language proficiency a must; other European languages valuedCurrent B (car) driving license valid in Spain and Europe, and Spanish residency permissionWhat’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
