O’Neill Spain is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Madrid (San Sebastian). We are looking for a energetic individual with great interest for fashion. As an Assistant Store Manager you are, with the Store Manager, responsible for your store, and your management qualities are important for the success of the store. Customer satisfaction and the results determine your success.

With your knowledge of customer service and your commercial drive, you know how to achieve customer loyalty and targets. Knowing how to motivate and inspire your staff, you create an optimal atmosphere in the workplace. In addition, you will take care of the visual merchandising. Furthermore, you advise your customers and ensure a high level of service.

Tasks

**Do you like to**:

- With guidance of the Store Manager achieve high sales targets by focusing on measurable goals;
- With guidance of the Store Manager manage expenses by using the budget and retail guidelines;
- Present our product according to the guidelines of O’Neill;
- Manage product changes and sales promotions;
- Ensure that the stock in the store is sufficient;
- Contribute to the success of the brand O'Neill.
**Requirements**:
**Do you have**:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar sales position in the fashion industry;
- Good communication skills in English;
- The ability to manage and motivate staff;
- Insight in the latest trends and sales opportunities;
- Passion for, and interest in the O'Neill lifestyle;
- Customer and commercial focus.
