**Purpose of the position**
- Support the Senior Tax Consultant in the preparation of Tax/Vat/Statutory accounting reporting
- Support the Director Tax & Compliance in other Group, Tax & Compliance reporting

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

**_Tax (VAT, Corporate Tax, WHT etc. )_**
- Support in the preparation of the different periodically Spanish tax reports:
- SII reports
- VAT reports
- WHT reports etc.
- VAT reconciliation between VAT returns and accounting
- Follow up on AEAT notifications, obtaining certifications and support in various AEAT requests (collecting information)
- Preparation of monthly Corporate Income tax provision for Spain and Portugal
- Prepare, follow up and control on VAT and Tax payments in Spain.
- MDR reporting for Spain and Portugal

**_Statutory reporting/Local Gaap_**
- Support to the preparation of the annual Spanish statutory accounts

**_Others_**
- Quarterly Group reporting related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities)
- Transfer Pricing
- Support in various Group, tax and compliance reporting
- Various other administrative task and ad hoc tasks

**Knowledge**
- Basic knowledge about Spanish tax regulation
- Basic knowledge of accounting & finance
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP is a plus

**Educational background / Work experience**
- Vocational Education and Training/Certificate of Higher Education
- Minimum 2-year experience in accounting/ tax department

**Language Skills**
- Spanish: fluent in written and spoken
- English: minimum level A2
- Portuguese is a plus.
