**About the role.**
**Responsibilities.**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with the company
- Onboard new customers, providing support to maximize their usage of our platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, and resolving issues promptly
- Collect customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancements
**Qualifications.**
- Native English or C1 proficiency
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a solid relationship with customers
- Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Some affinity for equity management or finance is a plus
