**Descripción**:
Chief of Data is responsible for developing and governing our data strategy in order to drive business decisions and growth. As a COD, you will develop data procedures and policies, and work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while staying attuned with industry best practices.

You will be responsible for promoting data vision and the data-driven culture inside the organisation by working closely with inter-disciplinary dynamic teams, improving and streamlining data systems within the company, and shape business strategy with innovative data products.

****What would your responsibilities be?**
- Understand thoroughly the business and data strategy, and provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to enable business decision making.
- Design and implement data strategies and systems that are secure, reliable and scalable.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor data team for continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data, and design interdepartmental process and workflow.
- Implement data privacy policies and comply with data protection regulations.
- Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection to executive members and staff.
- Design and develop data products to help company to create a single source of truth, atomise workflow, and support day to day business strategic decisions.
- Create and promote data culture with the whole company with information sharing, innovative educational materials, workshops etc**Requisitos**:

- SQL
- Python
- Scala
- PowerBI
- R
**Conocimientos requeridos IMPRESCINDIBLES**:

- Experience working with python/R, SQL, visualisation and dash-boarding, and Could Service(AWS, GCP etc)
- +3 years experience in leading analytics environments
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and create data products (non reporting).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with technical and non technical teams, capable of communicating at all levels within the organisation.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working with SQL
- Excellence in a programming language (Python, Scala, Julia, etc)
- Experience working with a wide range of ML models (regressions, SVM, NN, trees, etc).
- Git or other version control tools knowledge.
