Our client is a young and growing company with the mission to connect Hotels and Activity Suppliers by equipping them with the latest technology and help increase their direct guest business.

Digitalizing offerings for excursions and activities is complex. Hotels lack in having the right tools while Global Online Travel Agencies have already taken a significant market share. Local Activity Companies might still be using pen and paper or legacy technology.

With a strong presence in Spain, they are now further expanding their business in more European markets. As part of the growth, they are looking for the first Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a crucial role in the Business Applications team in using data to inform business decisions, improve performance, and drive growth. Your responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, providing actionable insights, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders, and continuously monitoring and improving processes.

**What you will do**:

- Design and develop datasets: Review data requirements and determine the necessary data sources. Use data warehousing concepts to model the data and ensure consistency and integrity.
- Develop and maintain our Power BI platform implementation, enabling teams to incorporate data into their decisions.
- Conduct data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights to inform business decisions and performance improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards: Design and develop reports and dashboards that communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders: Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Communicate results and recommendations effectively.
- Continuously monitor and improve: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data processes and recommend improvements.

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Strong Power BI skills and experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude towards new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A team player with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
