**T&O is looking for a HEAD CUSTOMER UX CYBER-FRAUD & TRAINING based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Head Customer UX Cyber-Fraud & Training **you will responsible for embedding cyber security as part of Santander´s culture, and drive the right security behaviors across the Santander´s ecosystem, particularly with customers.

The goal of the role is to build a best in class experiences and products to help protect the Group´s information and systems across 144,000,000 clients globally.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- A strong desire to combat fraud and misuse and understanding of criminal behaviors
- An understanding of customer-facing interactions and the ability to turn around a negative interaction to improve Net Promoter Score.
- Ability to explain security-related decisions in such a way that our team is considered a facilitator, and not a blocker.
- A deep desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo and help the organization evolve
- An ability to acknowledge when a task is critical to success metrics and to ensure it's completed promptly.
- Demonstrated ability to implement customer strategies that drive change and help to enhance the success of the function, understanding the different tools and tactics that can be used.
- Capable of producing high quality materials and contents with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to create and shape content for maximum end user enrolment and influence to ensure that behaviors are driven at all level throughout the organization

EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience designing and implementing communication strategies and plans leveraging multiple tools and technology channels.
- Experience in managing teams/virtual teams, working with a network of consultants, contractors and suppliers

EDUCATION
- Degree in UX, product marketing or similar discipline.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Adaptable - strong performance under pressure and in an environment that is continuously evolving.
- A strong ability to quickly and easily identify problem areas.
- Strong negotiating, conflict resolution, influencing and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective change management.
- Strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude to help a fast-face and high functioning team achieve.
- Strong analytical skills, an ability to identify possible attack vectors and to develop solutions.
