ASK4 está buscando un Ingeniero de Soporte de Primera Línea que hable español para unirse a nuestro equipo de Internet durante el verano con un contrato de duración determinada de 4 meses.

Como Ingeniero de Soporte de Primera Línea en ASK4, recibirás formación técnica de primer nível para unirte a nuestro dinámico equipo de soporte de Internet. Estarás a la vanguardia de la entrega de soporte líder en la industria a la diversa base de clientes de ASK4, incluyendo estudiantes, usuarios residenciales y empresas.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Working 37.5 hours a week, covering the support centre opening hours. This is an office based role.

Mon-Fri - 08:00 - 22:00

Sat-Sun - 08:00 - 20:00
- Full technical training provided
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with confidence, helping our customers navigate their accounts and services.
- Help customers sign up and log in to our internet services.
- First Line diagnosis and resolution of technical faults.
- You will be the contact point for customer account administration.
- Work alongside a talented team of engineers, gaining insights and expertise to advance your career.
- Be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Have experience providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion to learn new technical knowledge and skills.
- A solid understanding of networking and operating systems is essential
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and finding solutions.
- We work with clients and customers around the globe, so any additional languages are beneficial
