Beyond the professionalism of each individual, at UIC Barcelona you will also become part of a young and dynamic work atmosphere. **What we are looking for** UIC offers a researcher assistant contract in Positive Organizational Psychology to study how to contribute to exciting research projects on mental health and wellbeing in the work context. This research is led by Dr. Isabella Meneghel and is implemented as part of strategic lines of the Consolidated Group 2021-SGR-01379, named: "Well-being and health in vulnerable people and end of life". **Research field** Psychology **Education level** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or current enrollment) **Specific requirements** - Experience or familiarity with quantitative research methods and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS). - Excellent skills in English (Spanish proficiency is an asset). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Interest in workplace well-being, leadership, and organizational development. - Experience in writing research reports or academic papers is of advantage. - Title (or current enrollment) of Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, or related areas is of advantage. **Additional Info**: What we offer/Benefits: - Opportunities to gain hands-on experience in applied research and organizational context. - A collaborative and supportive research environment. - A part-time contract at UIC Barcelona (Sant Cugat Campus) as a research assistant with a maximum duration of 10 months. - Salary: 9.000€ brute/year. **How to apply**: Application submission A current CV A brief cover letter outlining their interest in the position and relevant experience. **Job process: Tentative dates** Deadline: December 15st 2024.
