**Role purpose**:
As Chubb Spain is growing rapidly welcoming local and international employees in Madrid, we are looking for an HR Generalist profile to join our local HR Team who wants to develop an HR career in an international, dynamic, and agile organization.

The role purpose is to assist in HR Generalist matters of Chubb Spain & Portugal with special focus on the European HUB based in Madrid, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Provide support to employees with payroll matters, compensation, social benefits and HR procedures and policies.

Conduct employee onboarding process.

Coordinate local trainings and provide support for Training and development activities launched by the central team in the UK to ensure Iberian training needs are managed accordingly.

Support employee development plans and performance management process.

Participate together with the HR team on implementing new HR initiatives.

Report regularly on HR metrics and presentations

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Make suggestions on improving employee engagement and existing HR policies

**Qualifications**:
**Requisitions**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law.

Master’s Degree in Human Resources is desirable.

At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist role in a multinational company.

Proficient in Spanish and in English is a must. A third European language is a plus.

Demonstrable experience working with payroll and benefits administration

Team worker spirit. Promote a positive, energizing, and optimistic environment

Good at numbers and project management skills

Well organized person with strong attention to details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
