Buscamos un/a **Product Owner** con experiência en gestión funcional y conocimiento profundo de sistemas empresariales. Será responsable de definir y priorizar el backlog de las aplicaciones de la compañía, asegurando que cada funcionalidad desarrollada responda a las necesidades del negocio y aporte valor al cliente. Su enfoque estará centrado en la entrega continua, la mejora del producto y la alineación estratégica con los objetivos de la organización

Funciones Principales:

- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos de desarrollo o implementación de aplicaciones.
- Recoger requerimientos funcionales de las áreas usuarias (Operaciones, Ventas, Finanzas, RRHH, etc.).
- Coordinar equipos técnicos internos y externos (desarrolladores, integradores, proveedores).
- Controlar presupuesto, cronograma y riesgos de cada proyecto.
- Validar entregables y coordinar pruebas funcionales/UAT.
- Promover la mejora continua en los procesos de gestión de aplicaciones
- Gestión de incidencias

- Licenciatura / Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos de aplicaciones empresariales.
- Experiência previa trabajando como enlace entre negocio y tecnología (perfil funcional).
- Conocimiento deseable de soluciones: ERP, CRM, gestión hotelera, reservas, BI.
- Experiência trabajando con metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágil, tradicional).
- Nível alto de español e inglés (oral y escrito).
