**About CTO**
The CTO area defines and promotes the use of the Group’s global technology platforms and leads transformation initiatives in its field. Manages the short and long term vision of technology as an essential driver of business transformation.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR WORK**
As **Process Architect **, you will design and govern the technology platform that will support the E2E design and management of banking processes, as well as their integration with the rest of the elements of the platform, with strong leverage in the data.
You will also need to develop a direct relationship with the group’s banks to align the platform design with local needs and, in coordination with the engagement and platform governance teams, manage the convergence across the different units toward the global platform.
Your key success factors in this position will be:
- A deep knowledge of the solutions in the market as well as the success stories of the industry in the implementation of massive solutions of orchestration and automation of processes.
- A senior-level dialog with the Banks and external partnerts, building relationships of mutual trust based on solid criteria.
- An outstanding leadership skills.
- A systematic governance.
- A strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.
- Passion for technology with a high business orientation.
