This is why we built OpenSC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with our implementation team and be the bridge between real world supply chains, and the OpenSC platform.
- Be the technical lead within our onboarding teams and ensure designed and deployed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and make reliable insights possible
- Work closely with our customers to architect the way the OpenSC platform collects, receives and interacts with data
- Chart the existing systems and data flows within supply chains and determine the most effective data collection methods using field observations, third-party IT interactions, and OpenSC data requirements
- Develop comprehensive data capture solutions for validating sustainability, ethical production, and product tracing.
- Create descriptive models of supply chains in cooperation with development, data engineering, and data science teams.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant industry experience in the architecture, design and integration of technology solutions
- Sound knowledge of data modelling and data ingestion concepts and tools
- Basic programming skills and hands on experience with SQL
- Basic experience working with cloud service providers, ideally AWS
- Experience supporting data integrations with 3rd parties
- The ability to hold your own in commercial conversations with customers and tech partners
- Business Fluent in Spanish and English
