Nexthink is all about experience. As a Technical Writer, you will design the learning experience for our users together with the other members of the Product Education Team.

As a Technical Writer, you will:

- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Document Nexthink core products and key features in the format of user guides, in-product documentation, developer tutorials, API documentation, and product release notes with unified examples and consistent style.
- Work directly with the Product Managers, Engineering, Support, and Product Marketing to deliver excellent quality documentation that ensures customer success.
- Update all documentation materials by following the product evolution and new feature development.
- Maintain clarity and structure across documentation and respond to internal and external feedback to update documentation.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent voice across all documentation.
- Establish relationships with colleagues across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation and meet agreed goals.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of professional experience writing technical documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and tutorials
- Computer Science background or experience with Nexthink software is a plus
- Experience working in a modern documentation toolchain and optimized site generators such as k15t, Confluence, Stoplight, GitHub, GitBook, and Readme
- Experience using Markdown or equivalent
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Passionate about synthesizing complex information into simple, elegant, and clear learning solutions
- Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies
- Excellent teamwork, creativity, and a positive can-do attitude
- Highly professional level of spoken and written English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail and quality.
