Centro hospitalario sociosanitario con más de 50 años de trayectoria, crea nueva posición en el área de administración y gestión económica, de controller/contable.
Su misión, será garantizar el control, supervisión y análisis financiero para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Funciones:
- Realizar el análisis financiero y contable.
- Gestión de la contabilidad, contabilidad analítica y de costes
- Coordinar y dirigir la elaboración del presupuesto y las previsiones financieras e informar
de las desviaciones.
- Desarrollar y documentar procesos y políticas contables para mantener y fortalecer los
controles internos.
- Elaborar y revisar los cierres mensuales y anuales, asegurando que se cumplan los
requisitos definidos.
- Gestionar y controlar los costes.
- Preparar y elaborar informes financieros.
- Elaborar reportings mensuales para la toma de decisiones estratégicas para la dirección.
- Analizar desviaciones y búsqueda de medidas correctoras. Identificar riesgos y
oportunidades financieras para la compañía.
- Coordinar las auditorías internas y externas.
- Participación en la planificación de tesorería a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Inversiones e ingresos.
- Asegurar una buena comunicación entre departamentos y personas en todo lo
relacionado con el ámbito financiero.
- Mejorar los procesos y sistemas del departamento.
**Requisitos**:
- Aportar formación en ADE, Finanzas, Economía o similar.
- Experiência de 3 años como contable / Controller y conocimientos sólidos de
contabilidad y procesos financieros.
- Dominar las herramientas informáticas, Excel avanzado, ERP.
- Aportar un perfil analítico, detallista y con capacidad de comunicación
- Proactividad y orientado a resultados.
