Buscamos una persona con formación en marketing digital y experiência en la gestión de proyectos web. Que venga, preferiblemente, de agencia de marketing/publicidad digital, habituada al trabajo en proyectos multidisciplinares, clientes y equipos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de al menos dos años gestionando proyectos web, desde la propuesta al cliente y la definición hasta la puesta online.
- Conocimientos avanzados de UX/UI
- Conocimientos transversales en diferentes áreas relacionadas con proyectos web como Web Analytics y SEO y de las principales herramientas para su gestión diaria: Google Search Console, SemRush, Google Analytics, etc.
- Agilidad manejando CMS, sobre todo WordPress, pero también otras plataformas.
- Conocimientos de HTML y las principales etiquetas

Responsabilidades generales:

- Recepción de briefings, análisis, gestión interna de las solicitudes, debriefs con cliente y preparación de propuestas
- Definición de la arquitectura de los sitios web y prototipo de las páginas y secciones
- Planificación, gestión y control del desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Coordinación y supervisión tareas/seguimiento del workflow.
- Relación e interlocución con los clientes.
- Control de status del equipo y establecimiento de prioridades en función de los deadlines, urgencias e incidencias del día a día.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de las fechas propuestas o actualización de las mismas, así como de los costes del proyecto.
- Asegurar soluciones de calidad, desarrollando y completando las fases necesarias.
- Betatesting y control de calidad de los proyectos.
- Evaluación de la satisfacción interna y externa y propuesta de mejoras

Otras responsabilidades
- Elaboración de presupuestos
- Coordinación/gestión o participación en otros proyectos de márketing digital de la agencia (analítica, contenidos, redes sociales )
- Gestión del reporting mensual, semestral y anual.

Habilidades personales:
Deberá ser una persona altamente organizada y metódica, muy resolutiva, con empatía para manejar y motivar al equipo y a sus diferentes miembros y con buena capacidad comunicativa.
