Become an **International Recruiter**
As a Recruiter in our team, you will have an opportunity to recruit all over Europe.
Join us and learn how to support all types of business roles - commercial, corporate, analytical. You will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting, having as a support the newest digital tools. If you have a passion for identifying talents for an innovative, growth-oriented company, we’d love to talk with you.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners around the Europe to identify and understand key requirements to build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 1+ years of recruiting experience in recruiting
- Proficiency in English and in French and/or German
- Other European languages will be appreciated
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed
- Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- A proficient user of recruitment systems
- Good networking and coaching, passion and acumen for client’s business
- Self-motivation, strong time management, and organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills

The majority of the team sits in Poland (we are not only Polish though), we have also colleagues in Italy, UK and even South Africa We love the diversity Although we work remotely, we interact on a daily basis via video calls and chat. We have twice weekly video team meetings.
- ** Working closely with Hiring Managers**: one of our values is “Know your business”. We want to be experts and we want to understand what we do as a company and why it matters. In this role you will work closely with Hiring Managers - you will be their go to person for recruitment, their advisor - no additional intermediaries, no information filtered by somebody else. You would be acting as a Recruitment Projects Manager. This is how you would increase your business acumen and make the best of in-house recruitment
- ** Getting involved in interesting projects**: we are continuous improvement oriented. We work in project teams on improving processes, tools and establishing best practices. You will have chance to contribute to that - we are open to new ideas and each voice is heard.
