We are now looking to recruit a **Production Engineer - Metal Finishing - Can Washer / Water and Effluent Treatment **reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer within our Project Engineering Department - Bevcan EMEA, based at Wantage (UK - near Oxford) or in one of our Bevcan European plant locations
The scope of the role is to support the 13 manufacturing locations in Europe (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Greece, Poland and Turkey) and 5 in the Middle East and North Africa (UAE, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia). You will also be involved in project work at new greenfield sites and newly acquired manufacturing locations.

**Your mission in Crown**
The primary areas of activity and responsibility will include a full participation in the Can Washer, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment and associated materials/chemicals activities.
You provide plant Operational Support in any Quality issues related to Washing, Drying and Water treatment. You provide support in maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. Promotion, development and implementation of best practice and follow up with issues and improvement projects are also key to the role.
You deliver classroom and hands-on training of Metal Finishing equipment and processes. You are liaising with CROWN Technology on equipment, tooling, materials and process improvements and standardisation of specifications.
