We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Production Quality Engineer.ResponsibilitiesLead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:Analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concernCommunicate and follow up (8D) with the other areasAnalyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actionsActively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing)Coordinate a team for Production quality tasks executionUpdate control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)Lead & Participate in product/process/dock auditsSupport implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learnedSupport Serial changes (AS007)Responsible for execution of Manufacturing Release, in the case of serial change (AS007)QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringHigh level of EnglishKnowledge of quality toolsManufacturing and Operations knowledgeExcellent technical and human skillsAnalytical thinking and teamwork spiritFlexibility and adaptability to a changing environmentBenefits and DevelopmentOur international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
