We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Growth KOL Marketer** to significantly expand our presence and user base covering the **European Regions** within the crypto space. You will be instrumental in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with KOLs to drive measurable growth and user acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a proven ability to overcome challenges, and expertise in managing KOL performance to meet ambitious growth targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Strategically identify, research, and acquire new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across various platforms within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. - Negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs, effectively overcoming objections to secure high-impact partnerships. - Develop product/brand positioning and messaging tailored for KOL activations, ensuring these are integrated into relevant marketing materials to support product launches/updates and highlight their features and benefits. - Design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns from strategy and brief, through execution, performance measurement, and effectiveness reporting. - Manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships, continuously monitoring their performance against key metrics (e.g., trading volume, user conversions, engagement rates) and providing regular performance reports. - Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns in all targeted channels and follow up with measurement of those campaigns. - Ensure marketing materials produced by different parties, including KOLs, are consistent with the campaign's messaging and brand guidelines. - Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback, and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking, and digital marketing, with a specific focus on influencer and KOL marketing. **Qualifications** - **Experience working of the crypto trading space**, including key players, trends, and channels is essential - **3+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing**, specifically within the crypto industry, with a focus on KOL/influencer acquisition and management. - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with external partners, along with strong objection handling skills. - In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns and how to leverage KOLs for maximum impact. - Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and effective growth strategies, particularly through influencer channels. - **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Legal) and contribute to a positive team culture. - A passion for innovation, growth hacking, and staying ahead of industry trends in crypto and digital marketing. - Basic graphic design skills and a creative, fun mindset is highly desirable. **Why BitMEX?** BitMEX offers a dynamic environment that blends intense work, a vibrant culture, and diversity.
