Are you an experienced SDR or would you like to venture into the world of sales? Would you like to earn a competitive salary with maximum flexibility?

**Job Description**:
Agencia-p is a company specialized in lead generation for real estate agencies, providing support in finding individuals interested in selling their properties. We use Facebook ads to achieve this goal and commit to refunding money to our clients if we fail to generate more than 15 qualified leads per month.

We are looking for ambitious individuals with no salary limits. Compensation is based on results. The main job of this position will be to find interested real estate agencies through cold prospecting and coordinate meetings with our sales department. A training period will be provided during the first two weeks, and compensation will be 100% commission-based.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate appointments through active prospecting for business opportunities.
Work in direct collaboration with sales and marketing teams to identify lead opportunities.

**Requirements**:
C1 level of English proficiency.
Previous experience in similar roles is valued.
Motivation and enthusiasm for the work.
Ability to work towards goals and aspire to a competitive salary.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Knowledge of Spanish is highly valued.
