**Your Role and Responsabilities**:

- Knowledge of bill of Materials: updating and creation of line documentation, codification of components and subcomponents.
- Knowledge of bill of materials, updating and creation of line documentation, codification of processes, operations, etc.
- Priorize the method over the process indeed. Establish standards to work properly and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of the process (Inputs, Outputs, Semi-finished goods, Work in Process, Out of Process).
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize processes to improve time and cost-efficiency, quality and functionality.
- Be sparring partner for production bottle neck issues (solution oriented).
- Work with continuous improvement mentality and realize improvement proposals.
- Product & process changes tracking into ERP.
- Initiating and managing multiple improvement projects (S,Q,D,C).
- Alignment to MAHLE standards and best practice.
- Benchmarking product and process documentation with other plants.
- Understanding and creation of BoM (Bill of Materials).
- Transmit and pilot the realization of manufacturing documents, control guidelines and visual aids.

**Your Skills & Strenghts**:

Experience in product and process optimization roles

Ability to think critically and manage conflicts
Relevant manufacturing technical professional certificate / Engineering degree
Domain key tools at management levels (ERP, MS Office, CAD.
Understand and balance priorities.
Signature authorization according to signature policy.

Ability to decide and execute Improvement tasks and activities.
