**Fluent French & English** Technical Support Engineer
**(Windows, Networks & Hardware**

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Ensure all T&M work is being processed efficiently and invoices are sent in a timely manner:

- Responsible for creating quotes, CRM management and documentation.
- Customer point of contact for questions on invoicing, quotes or PO’s.
- Parts ordering & follow-up for T&M work.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to dispatch Field Service Engineer resources.
- Responsible for ensuring service contract sales awareness & involvement.
- Responsible for phone support schedule; Field Service Engineer and back-up support to be assigned by Regional Managers.
- Metrics for call response times; remote fix on first call and other metrics on phone & remote support as needed.
- Assigned to all aging support tickets for assessment and closure in collaboration with the QA team.
- Responsible for licensing for software modules and remote WOs
- CRM upkeep

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer
- Experience with SQL database
- Hands-on experience with Windows
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues both software, hardware & networks (i.e. routers, switches)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and French
