The key to winning in these areas is being able to leverage enterprise data foundations built on PepsiCo’s global business scale to enable business insights, advanced analytics, and new product development. PepsiCo’s Data Management and Operations team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation.

What PepsiCo Data Management and Operations does:

- Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company
- Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation and access to the PepsiCo corporate data asset
- Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders
- Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company

As an Associate Manager of the PMO team, you will play a key role synchronizing activities inside the Data Management and Operations (DMO) organization and across other teams. You will be responsible for managing large scale projects, and work streams that span a globally distributed organization. To do this you will oversee the planning and release of Data and Analytics products through the entire product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines. You will build relationships within the team and across the company to make sure the right contacts are identified for the right projects and are connected to the appropriate leaders within the DMO organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Accountabilities:

- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our internal clients
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
- Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

Ability to align multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

- 7+ years of project or product development experience or 5 years of experience on an Agile Team.
- Enthusiastic about solving complex business problems that influence reliability and performance
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiples levels within an organization
- Experience managing projects distributed across teams
- CSM certification a plus
- BA or BS required

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:

- Strong leadership skills to deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work closely with people at different levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models
- Knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

Differentiating Competencies Required:

- Process driven personality, with ability to pay close attention to details
- Technical background and understanding of technical product integrations
- Certifications: PMP, CSM
- Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Overall ERP system experience a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc)
