**About the role**

The Product Manager Sales Enablement Tools (f/m/d) will be responsible for the development of our enablement platforms, such as InstaQuote (CPQ tool). The role will lead the future development and evolution of these platforms to support the company vision to drive growth through improved sales enablement and end-to-end sales experience at Straumann.

**Primary responsibilities include**
- End to End responsibility and Key contact for Sales Enablement Tools such as InstaQuote, ROI calculators etcwithin all regions
- Full ownership of the Product Lifecycle, including defining the vision, addressing market requirements, new enhancements, and customer pain points
- Develop strategic roadmaps that align with overall company vision and direction
- Project Management lead to streamline and optimise end to end business processes, across each area to achieve a more effective go to market strategy (within Sales, Marketing and Customer Support areas)
- Leverage data and insight to drive business growth by identifying commercially focused new business models and opportunities
- Monitor business impact and effectiveness of process improvements.
- Spearhead market understanding and adoption of sales reporting dashboards, and data relevance for future decision making
- Manage internal and external partners to ensure projects and new developments are completed and delivered on time and to spec.
- Functionally responsible to lead the InstaQuote operational managers (Europe, North America and LATAM)
- Drive market adoption through the creation of communities, mentoring, training and empowering local champions to share best practice across all markets
- Effectively manage change by collaborating with all stakeholders, resolving any challenges or resistance in a commercially focused manor
- Communicate all new changes clearly, providing detailed training materials, content and procedures
- Drive the global rollout and further expand portfolio penetration (implants, ortho, digital,)
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or similar
- Experienced in sales processes and technical experience with CPQ implementation and integration
- Experience working cross functionally in a fast-paced international environment
- Previous experience in MedTech and/or dental is an asset
