Act as the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in:

- SQL Database setup.
- SQL Server Maintenance.
- SQL Backup management.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Become the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in SQL Database setup / Server Maintenance / Backup management / Application Management / Powershell scripting
- Work closely with our development department on SQL topics.
Powershell scripting is an important part of the job.
- Participate in IT strategic programs
- Proactively manage the ongoing support model for the technologies under the scope of responsibility, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within the scope of responsibility.
- Create and update manuals and documentation.

- A 5 years' strong experience in a technical support environment or field experience.
- Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft office, O365.
- Good knowledge in Administration and support of Microsoft server 2016/2019 systems, Active Directory and GPO.
- Strong troubleshooting background.
- Good experience on Vmware, Microsoft Windows server environment, group policy management.
- Experience in Azure AD is a plus.
