**About the job**

At RHI Magnesita we are looking for an experienced Head of Payroll. In this position, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of payroll operations and managing the payroll team. You will strategically supervise, motivate, and lead the payroll team to guarantee the efficiency and completion of payroll procedures. You will act as the point of contact for any escalated payroll queries while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources etc. Overall, you will be responsible for the EMEAA payroll team’s direction, development, performance, and maintenance within the organization.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with company and legal regulations
- Review, monitor, and implement suitable strategies to continuously improve payroll procedures
- Further developing the team through training and coaching
- Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving possible payroll discrepancies

**About You**

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. **What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- Business Administration, Labor Studies, Human Resources or another relevant degree, or equivalent relevant experience

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Payroll
- Experience in managing a team
