**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Recruiter** to join our team. We need a strong Recruiter with a working knowledge of the local Spanish market, experienced in recruiting for different positions within the **IT sector**.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process
- Posting roles on various different career sites and social networks
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Facilitating the interview and selection process
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team goals
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in the selection of IT profiles, mainly development, systems, cybersecurity, Big Data, etc.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment portals.
- Professional with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, very good organizational, analytical and presentation skills are required.
- Fluent in Spanish
- B2 level of spoken and written English
- Immediate start
