BME is the infrastructure of all the securities markets and financial systems in Spain and is owned by SIX.

He/she would work in BME Equity Primary Market Department and his/her main function will be to manage and coordinate the process for incorporating new financial instruments into the market such as shares, warrants or ETFs, both from new companies and from companies already listed, and to process other types of related financial operations such as capital increases and reductions, splits, exchanges, public sales, subscription and acquisition offers, etc.

Integration is offered in a dynamic team that works highly coordinated, and that will be very much in contact with one of our main clients, the issuers, and their legal advisers.

**What You Will Do**:

- manage the files for the incorporation of new securities to the market, including the initial contacts with the issuers and their advisers, the review of the formal documentation received during the process and the coordination with the rest of the internal and external participants in the process to comply with the planned schedule
- management of processes related to financial operations such as capital increases and reductions, splits, exchanges, public sales, subscription and acquisition offers
- management of databases related to issuers
- coordination with team members from other BME Stock Exchanges for the publication of announcements, notices, regulations and others in the Daily Bulletins
- participation, where appropriate, in the drafting of new related regulations and in the development of new initiatives or projects for the department
