**Job Purpose**
As a Knowledge Leader, you will assist production teams in streamlining the production process on a technical level. Besides solving daily issues related to our data annotation tool, you will be implementing simple automation scripts to increase the productivity of internal teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining and delivering internal training on the Train AI processes and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Checking the processes and proposing optimization
- Closely cooperating with AI Project Manager and AI Coordinator on the design of new solutions
- Assisting AI Coordinator with technical issues with the internal tools
- Designing and implementing small-scale efficiency tools and automation scripts
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base across projects
- Creating and updating training packages for new team-members
- Identifying training needs
- Ensuring knowledge sharing
- Helping the Train AI team with data preprocessing and postprocessing and converting the datasets to the required format
**Skills & Experience**
- Very good written, intermediate spoken English
- At least some basic experience with programming in Python, JavaScript
- At least basic knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of XML and JSON format
- Focus on the solution, process optimization, and effectiveness
- Good communication and time-management skills
