We are looking for a **Marketing & Communication Coordinator**to join our Iberia team. This role will manage digital marketing projects, organize events, and create marketing materials to support our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand and product visibility.
- Managing multiple projects, including CRM campaigns, social media, and content updates.
- Creating and maintaining digital content across online platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
- Organizing events and tradeshows to strengthen ICL’s market presence.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies.

**You will rock at this role if...**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science also accepted).
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Experience with web content management (CMS WordPress) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Semrush, Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Proficiency in digital marketing campaigns and content creation (web development, Android/iOS experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Agriculture market knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events and internal meetings in Iberia and abroad.
- Proactive mindset, results-driven, and flexible in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
