We are a fast growing company and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and eager to have a strong impact. **PR & Communication Lead Iberia **will help us scale up the business in the Iberia market.

In particular you will:

- Be responsible for providing effectiveness to local markets ensuring that all communication messages are up to date (sales deck, product mockups and videos) to boost the local Sales team.
- Ensure consistency of key messages and business storytelling.
- Liaise with local markets enabling local customization of sales materials.
- Support Iberia's commercial area in the execution of product marketing activities.

**Your future day by day**
- Define, plan, implement and manage the PR and social media strategy in B2B to deliver in Iberia.
- Development of B2B narratives.
- Distribution of the contents/narratives produced into:

- PR contents (press releases, case histories, interviews,)
- events and webinars
- LinkedIn posts, on country spokesperson’s (Country Managers) pages and corporate page, briefing social media channel owners.
- Establish long-term relationships with the media, journalists, influencers, agencies.
- Measurement & reporting of all activities.

**Skills we’re searching for
- Previous experience (2 - 4 years) in a digital company as PR and social media management.
- Experience in FMCG brands or companies will be a plus.
- Outstanding capacity to synthetize key success factors and produce powerful storytelling
- Outstanding communication skills, oral and written. English and Spanish are mandatory, Italian would be a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines without compromising on results
