We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Partner to join our Global Building Solutions located in Barcelona. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals, drive innovation, and optimize operational efficiency.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements or new solutions to enhance business processes.
- Build strong relationship across the departments to understand their objectives, identify technology needs, and align IT strategies accordingly.
- Gather and analyse business requirements to determine optimal IT solutions.
- Define and evaluate the investment needed to implement the projects, supporting the definition of project objectives and system requirements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Act as a key liaison between the business and IT Solutions and Service department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, understanding business needs and translate them into IT requirements and solutions.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT principles, systems, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
- SAP experience and expertise.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Skills: proactive and collaborative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, flexibility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving business landscape, ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
