Requisition ID: 8467- Location: Balaguer, ES, 25600**GENERAL DESCRIPTION** Support the department of Decentralized PV expanding the business for Industrial Self-Consumption (C&I) and Small-Scale PV Plants markets in Engie Spain. - Direct report to the Head of Decentralized PV_ - Location: Hybrid in Lleida, Madrid or Barcelona_ **MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES** **Commercial sales and business development responsibility** - Sales strategy design, implementation and monitoring for C&I clients and small-scale pv - Engage customers by prioritizing and proactively following up on warm, qualified leads and systematically moving them through the sales funnel **Coordinate sales effort with internal and external stakeholders** - Manage the process for timely, efficient delivery of project designs and proposals and engage with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to prioritize demands and workloads **Internal Procedures Optimization** - Support the team in the creation of the necessary area procedures to standardize and make the processes more efficient and robust **Internal Know-How** - Propose and develop internal management tools to assure the company keeps all the knowledge generated **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** Bachelor´s degree **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience for the vacancy in the solar industry and/or strategic and business development experience with industrial clients **LANGUAGES** Fluent in Spanish and English **KNOWLEDGE** - Deep knowledge of the Spanish solar self-consumption and small-scale PV sector - Proven experience with industrial clients - Proficiency in the use Word, Excel and PowerPoint **SKILLS** - Great team worker and proactive - Customer orientated mindset - Organized and demonstrated ability to successfully complete tasks and projects within specified timeframes with limited supervision - Good analytical skills - Good communication skills, both written and oral - Detail-oriented - Eagerness for results improvement **COMMITED TO INCLUSION** At Engie we value and encourage diversity and inclusion.
