In the market, we have identified a significant issue with existing software solutions. They lack compatibility and hinder efficient battery system operation by impeding multi-departmental collaboration. To address this problem, we offer an innovative battery system management platform. It is highly adaptable, ensuring seamless operation and effective communication with third-party systems like trading software. Furthermore, it includes a standard API for remote battery control.

We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team in the exciting and evolving renewable energy field. Your mission? Work closely with our sales team, customer support and product development together in all technical aspects of battery systems and renewables.
- and after sales team, and responsible of engaging with key customer and distribution partners securing and incorporating Cellect products and services through the coordination and on-site engineering experience. We are looking for someone who has deep technical knowledge, and a desire to grow and to be at the forefront of the energy storage technology industry, driving innovation and sustainability.
**Key responsibilities**
- **Pre-Sales Support**: Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Clarify technical queries and resolve issues in collaboration with our product development team.
- **After-Sales Suppor**t: Address and resolve technical issues faced by customers using our solutions.
- **Integration Process**: Assist in the technical integration of new energy assets into the Cellect services, working with project management and product development teams.
- **Internal Education**: Conduct workshops to educate team members on technical topics such as battery energy storage, renewable energy systems, IT networks, and communication technologies.
- **Project Management Support**: Aid in estimating operational expenses for service delivery.
- **Partner Collaboration**: Work closely with technical partners for hardware installations on-site, ensuring successful project integration.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree or a master’s degree in engineering, or in a technical field (BSc) electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing or equivalent experience is required.
- English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is a strong bonus.
- Minimum of three years’ experience with utility-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
- Profiency in IT networks and control systems for energy assets.
- Experience with solar and wind energy assets is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
