Tareas

Buscamos un/a customer success representative que se encargue de asegurar la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes, ayudándoles a resolver sus dudas, problemas y necesidades con nuestro producto.
- Asesorar a los clientes.

\- Detectar oportunidades de venta cruzada.

\- Colaborar con los departamentos internos para problemas técnicos.

\- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes.

\- Elaborar informes sobre el rendimiento e indicadores clave de éxito del servicio al cliente, etc.

**Requisitos**:
\- Título universitario en áreas relacionadas con ventas, márketing, comunicaciones o informática

\- 3 años de experiência en ventas de alto volumen y/o gestión de cuentas

\- Experiência extensa en conectar y entregar valor a los clientes

\- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación

\- Habilidades efectivas para resolver problemas

\- Experiência relevante en digital y un historial de análisis de problemas

\- Jornada completa.

\- Contrato indefinido.

**\- Horario**: 9h a 14h y de 15h a 18h y los viernes 9h a 15h

\- Teletrabajo 100%
