Sales Operations Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
Provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing customer back order reporting. Where applicable assist the Sales Operation team with other administration tasks outside of manually processing orders and quotes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for producing daily customer backorder reports in line with an agreed customer schedule & SLA
- To support all aspects of the obtaining the best information and updates for each report & feeding this detail back to both the customer and TD sales
- Prioritize own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
- Ownership of customer BOR queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required

- SAP R3 (preferable)
