**The Role**

We are looking for a Financial Controller who will contribute to the company’s growth and scalability, and will be involved in financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Organised and eager to learn new stuff
- Taking initiatives, hands on and getting things done
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration,
- 3-5 years proven working experience as a Financial controller/Finance Manager
- Advance MS Excel Skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and team player

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the annual budget process and rolling-forecasts.
- Support, review and analyse the month-end close (both PL and BS) and prepare the monthly financial reporting package.
- Prepare the monthly Board KPIs presentation and other external reports.
- Control and monitor the cost of sales and operating expenses, analysing deviations vs budget and detecting risks / opportunities.
- Participate in projects to optimise our financial policies and procedures and improve our internal controls.
- Participate in the implementation of a new reporting system.
- Support the statutory audit and ad-hoc reports.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Support month-end and year-end international close process
- Lead Monthly BS and PL analysis
- Ensure quality control over internal and external financial reporting
- Improve the overall level of internal control. New ERP Implemented: all reporting controls and process needs to be reviewed and improved to shorten the current closing deadlines
- Improve and implement existing policies and processes across the business to gain efficiency
- Support the statutory audit and ad-hoc reports.
