**The mission for this position**:
ZimVie is looking for an HR trainee to support the HR department for a variety of personnel-related administrative duties for our team members in Spain and Portugal. During summer vacation this role can be done full-time and continue after in part-time with 10-15 hrs per week.

Our EMEA headquarters office is based in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Assist with the annual Company Training Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Equality Plan

**We are looking for a student who**:

- Currently studies a University Degree or a Master degree in Human Resources or in business, psychology, or law, and is interested in developing his/her career in HR
- Likes to work with people
- Is service-oriented and has a sense of confidentiality
- Eligible for an internship: still enroll or have the possibility to obtain an internship agreement with the University (mandatory)
- European Residence or Spanish Work Permit (No Student Visa)
- MS Office
- Fluent level of Spanish and English (mandatory)
