We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Italy, Spain, or the Netherlands.
While we are all part of the Epassi Group, our local brands are known as follows: in Italy, we are Eudaimon; in Spain, VIP District; and in the Netherlands, Bedrijfsfitness Nederland.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across all functions of our business. You will support recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and departments.
You’ll be part of our global People & Culture team, made up of 20+ professionals across seven countries. Altogether, we are almost 1,000 Epassians—and we’re growing rapidly
Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies across all our country locations. This includes a wide range of roles across functions and levels.
Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.
**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have**:
3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, fast-growing organization
Experience hiring across a range of functions; exposure to both commercial and tech recruitment is a bonus
Proven ability to use data to track pipeline efficiency and improve workflow
Proficiency with recruitment tools and software
Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities
Employer branding experience
**Fluency in English and one of the following**: Spanish, Italian, or Dutch
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site days at our office
