**Key Responsibilities**:

- In your role as Sr. Principal consultant you are accountable for the Genesys implementation during all stages of the project lifecycle: Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan Development, and Testing
- The position is meant to address mostly, but not only, reporting capabilities in the whole portfolio of Genesys solution
- The position requires a good level of teamwork and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners
- Identify (project) risks and the definition of mitigation plans.
- Frequent (international) travel up to 50%

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Project planning and scoping.
- Cloud computing and related technologies such as Azure, AWS, GPC, Docker, K8S, Redis, and others
- DevOps tools and processes (Jenkins or other)
- Strong database skills and deep knowledge of data warehouse
- Good analytics skills in building up custom reporting for customers
- Experience with software integration into large and complex environments, ideally in the Contact Center World.
- Data privacy and GDPR related topics
- Fluent in English and possibly in Spanish.
- Possession of the following skills is considered a plus.
- Practical experience using Infomart and GCXI, or DB admin or relational databases.
- Practical experience with Consulting Services or Project Delivery best practices employed in the industry among leading consulting organizations
- Fluent with an additional European language is a plus.
