Finance Controller

Fluency in English is a must, and if you bring German proficiency to the table, even better

AIM Sport deploy & operate Digital Signage and Digital Overlay® solutions on behalf of Tier 1 European Football clubs: Real Madrid, Sevilla FC, Paris Saint-Germain, Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique de Marseille, Girondins de Bordeaux, Inter Milan, AS Roma, AC Milan, FC Bayern Munich, Ajax Amsterdam, PSV Eindhoven.

**Day-to-day duties**
- bookkeeping of transactions in the financial system
- performing the Swiss payroll and the related bookings in the system
- Swiss VAT and tax declarations
- tracking of bank movements and reconciliation, including cash analysis reporting
- preparing quarter-end reporting and statements
- managing financial data consolidation
- quarterly reporting
- driving the audit process with auditors
- coordinating and preparing financial statements

**Projects**
- designing reports for management
- evaluating the effectiveness of accounting operations
- analysing business performance by revenue channels every quarter
- supporting the successful implementation of a new Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- assisting the Head of Finance on different ad-hoc projects

**Experience**
- 3+ Years experience in Finance
- Previous experience in the sports industry will be a plus but not essential
- Graduated with a business degree
- An Accountancy qualification is a bonus but not required
- Highly intellectually curious yet think in a structured manner while maintaining a fine appreciation and respect for creative solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have good business acumen reflected in qualities such as persistence and initiative.

**If you don´t have the Swiss finantial knowledge, but worked in similar tasks, dont worry, we are looking for someone eager to learn**

**Requirements**:

- C1-C2 level of English
- C1-C2 level of German (ideally)
- C1-C2 level of Spanish (optional)
