We are currently looking for an Analytics Team Lead who will guide our analytics team and serve as a link between our internal stakeholders and data scientists. Analytics Team’s mission is to provide insights to help stakeholders make strategic decisions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and intellectually curious "go-getter", who is passionate about the job, and can inspire and motivate everyone around them. At the moment our main focus is building reporting suites and BI solutions, along with conducting research tasks. We are looking for someone who is more than just a manager, concerned with task distribution and performance, but an evangelist, who will proactively seek tasks for the team and generate internal need and interest in the team’s work. This position is first and foremost about interpersonal skills and not about technical background and will require extensive communication with internal stakeholders in various teams across the globe - mainly Marketing, Sales, Product Owners and the Executive Team.
