**About the Company**

We are an international distributor of premium cigars with offices and partners in Europe and the USA. Our HR department currently has 10 team members (recruiters and coordinators). We are looking for a strong **Head of HR** to build and optimize processes, manage the team, and ensure fast and effective hiring worldwide.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the HR department (10+ people).
- Build and optimize HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, KPI management, offboarding.
- Manage international hiring in Spain, Germany, the USA, and other European countries.
- Oversee key hires and ensure quality of recruitment.
- Develop HR strategy, employer branding, and motivation systems.

- 3+ years of proven experience as Head of HR / HR Director.
- Strong background in managing distributed teams (10+ members).
- International recruitment experience (Europe, USA).
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies is a strong plus.
