**Job Description**:
You will shape Technology Strategy aligned with the SGS Digital and Strategic Goals. You will be responsible for leading the **Digital **Builders Organization's technology direction, developing the key capabilities that enable the execution of new IT products and building a robust technology framework that bring value, flexibility and optimization to SGS's business, being key the alignment with A&T.

More Specifically, You Will
- Define strategic technology planning and guidance to maximize DBO value delivery to the different SGS business units, always aligned with SGS Digital and Strategic Objectives.
- Work with SGS Business Units to understand how technology can help their businesses realize value.
- Oversee, coordinate and facilitate the development of IT systems that will enable SGS to rapidly MVP with a digital incubator-like approach.
- Lead and coordinate new technology value cases to boost efficiency, new business models and increase the adoption of disruptive technologies.
- Collaborate with the Partner Ecosystem Lead to define and establish the technology requirements needed to integrate the identified MVPs' partner technology with the SGS architecture.
- Work with the delivery teams to jointly plan and design the IT structure of each MVPs.
- Work continuously and closely with the SGS IT Architecture & Technology Lead to ensure the technological alignment of new IT solutions with the rest of the company.
- Align with SGS Architecture & Technology for all MVPs technical performance feasibility and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10+ years driving technology strategy and/or IT projects
- Educated to degree level in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in a professional setting.
- Relevant experience working with systems integrators, specifically on understanding and driving technology strategies.
- Relevant technology knowledge to engage and have credibility with product groups within DBO and partners.
- Experience in defining and developing technology value cases.
- Relevant experience working in MVPs execution of IT solutions.
- Relevant experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- High-level analytical skills to model social and financial impact of technology.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, and issues at once.
- Expert communication skills: Ability to transform ambiguous concepts into tangible messages for colleagues; Great ability to influence leadership and other areas.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with co-workers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.
- Background of working in a lean / agile environment with remote teams: Adaptation of appropriate approaches to each situation. Acceptance and adaptation to new situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus (French, Chinese, and Spanish in particular).

**This position will be based at our Digital Builders Hub in Madrid. We offer hybrid working.
