Percassi is an Italian leader in the development and management of franchised commercial networks of major brands such as Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin for the fashion-beauty and Starbucks in the Food & beverage industry. The company manages own brands - Dmail in retail and mail-order; KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in the cosmetics sector; Atalanta in sport; Da30Polenta in the catering industry - well as in joint venture with Billionaire Italian Couture in the fashion industry.
In the F&B sector, Percassi manages the brands Wagamama, Casa Maioli and Caio Antica Pizza Romana in partnership with the Cremonini Group. It also operates in the Real Estate with the development of important projects at commercial and management level.

We are looking for an
**HR Business Partner**. You will be the point of contact for the HR management in the Country, guaranteeing quality, efficacy and alignment with the HR culture, policies, standards and procedures defined together with the Headquarter. You will report to the Iberia CM and with a dotted line to the Group HRD.

Acting as the HR local representative, you will be fully accountable for:

- Recruiting, hiring and onboarding process for store and Headoffice employees
- Publishing job advertisements, developing and maintaining good relations with universities, employment agencies and other recruitment channels
- Managing the planning of training courses and development plans
- Analysing and managing of staff and job evaluations
- Supporting the Country Manager and the HR Direction on remuneration and incentive systems.
- Being the referent point of all activities in terms of People Management
- Supporting the CM and the HR Direction in monitoring HR metrics (new hiring, leavers, staff turnover)
- Managing eventual litigation cases

To be successful in this role you are:

- Graduated in Economics/Law/Humanistic
- Excellent in communication and negotiation
- Able to work in a fast and dynamic environments
- Passionate about people
- Previous experience of 3- 4 years in a similar role in HR function/agencies and or in Retail industry
- Fluent in Spanish and in English. Portuguese is a plus
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
