Website management:
- Work closely with the digital executives and the marketing teams to design and build pages on our European websites via a CMS, adhering to design principles and best practices
- Test and implement new functionalities on our websites
- Find improvement opportunities
- Coordinate the team's incoming requests for page creation / updates
- Coordinate the implementation of projects across several or all the EU sites
- Assist on the implementation of CRO measures, personalisation, and A/B testing
- Act as an expert contact / trainer for the digital and marketing teams to share best practices and manage new websites or new functionalities
- Proactively maintain, improve, and expand the website team's knowledge base
Website Testing:
- Coordinate and execute pre
- and post-go-live testing on site content and functionality
- Liaise with the developers to ensure defects are logged, followed-up and fixed
Ticket management:
- Manage the team's ticket queue and make sure issues get resolved quickly and efficiently
Site maintenance:
- Ensure all content / page creation follows best practices, accessibility and SEO requirements
- Post go-live checking
- Detect and fix 404 pages and unnecessary redirects
Website Coordinator|PageGroup SSC
- Basic HMTL and CSS knowledge are required, anything further is very welcome. You should be able to find your way around the code of a page and make changes to it or write simple parts from scratch.
- Tech savvy, curious, and with an expansive mindset
- Very well organized and efficient
- Excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills
- Great team player
- Experience working with a CMS desirable (ideally Drupal)
- Fluent English mandatory. Another European language other than Spanish is a plus
