The Global Commercial Coordinator role will be responsible for Mia deployment at partnering clinics globally. Overseeing and managing the clinic experience, from onboarding the clinics, to managing the ongoing relationship as an internal point of contact for related queries.

This role will work, with the cross-functional teams to ensure clinics get the highest level of service when it comes to Medical Education, Trade Marketing and Customer Care.

The Global Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for tracking the sales metrics of clinics and sharing insights with the wider team to ensure data driven decision making throughout the expansion of Mia Femtech.

**Performance indicators**:

- Successful onboarding of clinics (on time / on quality).
- Identification of process improvement areas and effective cross functional partnerships to address this.
- Tracking Sales performance of clinics.
- Other Mia metrics (number of Mia licenses sold and others TBD along the way).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage the on-boarding of all new Mia Clinics**:

- Define clinics implementation calendar.
- Create and manage the clinic implementation playbook.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of each area of expertise.
- Validate processes, systems, and overall requirements for deployment in clinics.
- Serve as bridge between the Consumer BU teams and surgeons/clinics.

**Track relevant Metrics to assist the team in making data driven decisions**:

- Perform market analysis to understand the customer base.
- Track the performance of the clinics.
- Approve/align next target clinics pointed by local teams/commercial managers.
- Oversee relationships with clinics.
- Ensure strong future relationship with Mia clinics, as a commercial point of contact for any queries they may have.
- Reinforce the importance of education about the Mia program, ensuring the clinics are delivering the Mia program to the highest standards.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other relevant fields
- 4-6 years of experience in a commercial, client facing position
- Track record of success within Client relationship management
- 4-6 years of DTC experience
- Having worked alongside Digital Sales and Marketing
- Having worked in multinational company

**Knowledge**:

- Health and beauty industry, processes, and ecosystem.
- Customer-oriented digital strategies and systems.
- Clinics’ business model.
- Strategic framework under a DTC business model and complex projects.
- European markets.
- Digital tools (Surgeon’s website, SEO, SEM, social media).
- MS office tools.
