**You'll help us protect honest people online by**:

- Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and confidant for the division heads and team lead
- Establishing a true strategic partnership for driving the people strategy focusing on both the company and people objectives
- Providing guidance and input on performance management, career growth, and succession planning
- Analyzing people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs and ensure we are building healthy teams that are ready to grow with the business
- Helping in identifying training needs and in choosing relevant and timely solutions to ensure their success
- Advising and consultation on any complex employee relations questions
- Contributing to company-wide projects aiming to improve employee engagement and experience at Veriff
- Championing our values and culture, being a role model for these, and supporting the continual embedding of them in everything we do

**You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a multinational tech company or a start-up environment
- Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices in your day-to-day work
- Experience in research and analysis, as well as coaching and mentoring - this will help you to be a strategic partner for our team leads
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong passion and knowledge within the L&D area, growth-oriented and solution-driven mindset with a genuine can-do attitude
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve critical ad-hoc problems while staying calm and positive without losing sight of the big picture
